Shoe sizing is based on the length and width of your foot. Determining your proper shoe size is essential to a comfortable fit. Since the shape of your feet changes over time, take your measurements at the end of day, when your feet are the largest. Don't assume your shoe size is the same as it always has been.

Step 1: Wear your socks and place your foot on a piece of paper in front of you. If you have someone help with measurement, standing is the best choice. You will get more accurate results if you sit in a chair, if you are going to measure by yourself.

Step 2: Trace around your foot with pen or pencil. Please make sure that your pen remains in constant contact with your foot during this step.

Step 3: To find your foot length, measure the distance between the two longest points on your tracing. Reduce this number by 5 mm, or 1/5-inch.

Step 4: To find your foot width, measure the distance between the two widest points on your tracing. Reduce this number by 5 mm, or 1/5-inch.

Step 5: Repeat Step 1 to Step 4 for the other foot. Record the foot length and foot width.

Step 6: Take the largest number of foot length and the largest number of foot width to to determine your shore size according the following chart.
